This cabin is LOADED! Built from the ground up for our family when we come back home for visiting or work, we are now sharing our special and very unique place with those who love escaping to the mountains for ATV riding/events, rock crawling, coming home for a week or weekend, or just a getaway! You will not find a nicer, cleaner, or more loaded place to stay! Enjoy the creek and Mountain view right off the porch just feet away! The peace and uniqueness of this place is unmatched! 

ABOUT  “MIDDLETON’S MOUNTAIN CREEK DEN”

Location: City Limits of Evarts, KY. RIDE YOUR ATV everywhere in the city (gas, food, trails, etc). Less than a couple miles from the TRAIL HEAD!

*HEATING & AIR: Two oversized mini split systems that  both heat and cool (one for backup). Ceiling fans throughout, room to room air flow fans in walls for bedrooms. Mini split systems are smart systems and Alexa controlled so we can ensure the cabin is comfortable on arrival.

Kitchen: 

-FULL SIZED & EQUIPPED KITCHEN 

-Full size stainless steal refrigerator.

-Full size stove and oven

-Full size deep sink with smart faucet

-Smart countertop ice maker  

-Stainless steel convection oven & digital air fryer 

-Stainless steel full sized microwave

-Keurig coffee maker (starter supply of coffee essentials)

Bedrooms (bottom floor x2). 

-TWO bottom floor level bedrooms with private enclosure. (Keep in mind there are loft bedrooms as well)

 *Bedroom one has a queen size bed with cooling memory foam mattress and pillows. Mattress and pillow protectors for cleanliness and comfortability. 

*Bedroom two has a full size bed and bedroom as described above.
*Both bedrooms have USB port/charging station headboards and storage drawers under each bed as well as natural lighting from creek front facing windows!
*Each bedroom has a wall mounted smart tv.

*Each bedroom has a room to room wall inserted fan that circulates air from the entire cabin throughout the bedrooms.
*Both bedrooms have ceiling fans

Loft Bedrooms that double as extra LIVING SPACE: 

-Two raised ceiling lofts accessed by full sized staircase and railing (not ladders).

-Each loft has full sized leather futons that double as seating or folds out into full sized beds that would sleep two each if needed.
-Each loft had twin size fold out beds for extra sleeping

-Each loft has ample floor space for bringing your own sleeping bags, air mattresses, etc. 

-Each loft has a wall mounted smart tv

-Each loft has double end tables that serve as nightstands and are equipped with lighting and USB ports.

-Each loft is equipped with fold out tables and chairs for eating or playing cards or board games (included).
-Each loft is equipped with bench style seating that doubles as storage. 

Bathrooms: 

-FULL SIZED BATHROOMS x 2

-Each bathroom has: 

(1.) Full size tub/shower combo with curved shower rods and curtains to maximize space. Each shower/tub combo is equipped with automatic shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers, as well as shower heads with hoses.

(2.) Full size sinks and vanities with mirrored cabinets. Vanities have digital temperature controlled faucets with fountains and heads that have hoses. 

(3.) Automatic hand soap dispensers.

(4.) Automatic hand sanitizer dispensers. 

(5.) Automatic hand dryers.

(6.) Shower hooks

(7.) Supplied with all towels, wash cloths, soaps, shampoos, and other essentials. 

Laundry: 

-Located in bathroom #2 is a full sized modern washer/dryer combo with starter supply of detergents and laundry essentials. 

-Wall Mounted Rack for laundry transfer and usage.

Outside area and Parking info:

-CREEK FRONT & MOUNTAIN FRONT 

-Unique “den” location (over the hill and down in a den by the creek for added privacy)

-Farm fencing and privacy fencing

-Covered porch with (coming soon an extension for grilling)

-Large parking space with additional raised/long parking space for longer trailers. Additional nearby private property for additional parking if needed for your use. Please inquire with information as to how many vehicles, trailers, and sizes will be coming so we can discuss accommodations.

ABOUT MIDDLETON'S HOMESTEAD BY THE CREEK:

Homestead by the creek is a house  that was renovated in July 2024. This home that has been in our family for many years through several generations, thus the name "Homestead." While this home is older, don't let it fool you! We loaded this place down with more than you'd ever need in an ATV cabin/house rental. 

Living Room:

*Each bedroom has a wall mounted smart tv.

*Each bedroom has a room to room wall inserted fan that circulates air from the entire cabin throughout the bedrooms.
